Dr. Guldal fields questions and works through issues with a call-in guest that is experiencing struggles as he looks towards making changes in his relationships. The journey shared in this call is relevant to so many for it gets to the heart of what it can mean to identify, examine and analyze the family patterns that are handed down to us.
Unchecked, these ingrained patterns can continue to define our roles within our relationships our entire lives.
When we do the work of picking through our shards, we gift ourselves with the ability to make conscious choices. Rather than limiting us, the past provides us with a rich story, important data and the keys to understanding how we’ve arrived where we are.
We end cycles, break chains and transform to health that which was hurt and wounded.
Poet Maya Angelou said “When you know better, you do better.” The past no doubt molds us, but the future is ours to shape. With clarity, wisdom and compassion we can do better, for ourselves and with what we hand down.
The healing exercise at the end of the show is a component of The AAE Series ( Awareness Activation and Enhancement) which utilizes meditation, imagery and hypnotic physiological guidance. This week, Dr. Guldal leads us to a place where we can take away our own pain by being the attentive listener for that which our soul needs heard.
