Don Bernard Jr. has been on the conscious path of seeking higher truth ever since he began learning about chi energy through the art of Shaolin Kung Fu at the age of 17. It was this knowledge of an invisible force guiding and healing our bodies that furthered his interest into trance meditation, chakra power, astral projection, and the ability to alter reality by controlling one's thoughts.

Don has also traveled extensively throughout the world, giving him insights into the human condition, and a deep compassion for people. In Fall 2002 he went on Semester at Sea where he studied abroad on a ship with 600 other students as they circled the globe. They began their journey in Vancouver and over the next 100 days, traveled to: Kobe , Japan , Shangai and Hong Kong , China , Ho Chi Mihn, Vietnam , Penang , Malaysia , Chennai , India , Kenya and South Africa , Bahia , Brazil , Havana , Cuba , and back into the U.S. by way of Ft. Lauderdale , Florida . After this life-changing excursion, he studied for a semester in Sydney , Australia at Macquarie University . Upon graduation from University of Pittsburgh , Don traveled to Prague , Czech Republic where he became a hip hop dancer for the city's premier nightclubs and background dancer for the local up and coming talent.

Don's an aspiring actor, writer, director, video blogger, and choreographer (dance & martial). He is currently working on his first documentary/instructional film with a Tibetan master from the Wu-tung Clan. In the film, Don explores the ancient techniques of spiritual fitness, chi-gong, and self defense from the mystical lands of Tibet !
