Healthy kids have a reservoir of energy and exuberance. Join us weekly as we talk to holistic health care providers, innovative educators, passionate parents and energetic kids themselves about what kids need to stay healthy physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Special topics we cover include holistic approaches to helping kids with learning disabilities, supporting kids with mood disorders, strengthening children with chronic illness, helping parents manage the stress of a child's illness, and experiencing family grief. We explore innovate programs in our area that focus on working with the whole child. And, we share news on resources available to help raise healthy kids. Join our conversation!
